Our robust imperial stout. Aged in bourbon barrels for over a year to produce a rich boozy experience with hints of bourbon, molasses and vanilla.

Eighth Sound - Lager - Helles

ABV 5.0%

Crispy and crushable, our Helles lager is mashed with the finest German Pilsner malts and hopped with a blend of noble and American hops to achieve the easiest of drinking experiences.

Birthday Boy – Double IPA

ABV 8.5%

Well balanced, yet bold, this deceptively smooth double IPA hides its strength behind a distinct tropical fruit and floral aroma. We call it a gentle giant.

BM3 – Pale Ale

ABV 5.9%

A mix of pilsen and base malt, this crips pale ale is flavored with a touch of mosaic hops to take it across the finish line.

P.G.D.T. (Pretty Girl Downtown) – Hard Seltzer

ABV 6.5%

Easy to Love – Hefeweizen

ABV 5.0%

A low to moderate banana clove undertone with a hint of vanilla, this soothing one-of-a-kind flavor is what you’d expect from a hefeweizen and is easy to love.

Brewer’s Brunch - Dry Irish Coffee Stout

ABV 4.0%

A low alcohol stout brewed with roasted barley and infused with East Timor coffee beans. This robust stout is meant to pick you up – not put you out.

Here We Go! – Hazy IPA

ABV 6.5%

With its smooth mouthfeel and bold hop profile, this beer is a delicious escape from the ordinary. Sip on this hazy wonder and let the tropical notes of citrus and mango transport you to a paradise of flavor.

Friends Forever – Kettle Sour

ABV 5.2%

Our kettle-soured ale is a take on the German Berlinerwiesse. We jam this beer with a combination of sweet and tart fruit and then add a bit more sweet by way of vanilla bean and milk sugar. Our current iteration features Strawberry and Blackberry.

Eclipse of the Heart - Black IPA

ABV 7.0%

Turn around, bright eyes, every now and then we release our black IPA, Eclipse of the Heart because we need roasted hoppiness in our glass more than ever. Notes of dark chocolate with orange.

The One 12 - American IPA

ABV 6.1%

Our base hazy pale ale falls in love with fruit. This iteration features the tart acidity and intense tropical punch of passionfruit.  On the palate, you’ll find a harmonious balance of tartness and sweetness, with a hint of bitterness from the hops providing the perfect counterpoint.  Basically an adult juice box.

Be Humble - Blonde Ale

ABV 5.3%

A twist on our Be Joyful blonde ale..yet a simpler, more humble approach to the style. This lite-bodied, easy drinking beer offers a smooth taste and just a touch of malt character to remind you how simple a beer should taste. This is a very approachable beer for people new to the craft beer scene.

Notorious Lightning - Hazy IPA

ABV 7.4%

Layered oats create a sweet honey base to intense citrus and tropical fruit from the Citra and El Dorado hops.

Nell Cropsey - Ghost Pepper Porter

ABV 8.3%

This ode to our local ghost, Nell Crospey, features Apple-wood smoked ghost peppers that contribute a pleasant smoke and slight heat sensation to go along with the classic porter notes of chocolate and coffee. Don’t be scared, but be prepared to feel your bones warm as you finish a pint.
